Terms and Conditions for Contributing Photographers

  1. Photographers who upload their images must agree to the rules set out by FotoLibrary.
  2. Uploading a photograph does not necessarily mean it will be automatically chosen to be a part of the FotoLibrary database of images. Only selected images become active and visible to the purchasing public. The criteria on which they are selected is image quality, correct metadata insertion, and content. The selection is made by FotoLibrary and is final.
  3. Minimum image size is 2000 pixels on the longest side. 
  4. Images must be in .JPG or .JPEG format
  5. All images must contain metadata. ie Title, Image description and keywords.
  6. Images with recognizable faces must have a model release available.
  7. All images must be entirely the work of the contributing photographer.
  8. Any property included in the image content must have had permission to be photographed.
  9. The photographer will be paid fifty percent of the purchase price paid by the client, even if discounted. The purchase price is deemed to be the price actually paid by the client not including taxes (GST) or freight.
  10. Photographers will be paid in the first week of each month, if the balance exceeds $30.00
  11. All payments are made in Australian dollars.
